Hays Electrical Services is proud to have supported the extensive renovation of The Westin Denver Downtown, a prominent 23-story, 432-room luxury hotel located at 1672 Lawrence Street in the heart of Denver, Colorado. The project involved comprehensive electrical upgrades across approximately 250,000 sq ft of guest rooms, public spaces, and meeting facilities part of a full property-wide renovation completed in mid-2023. Our scope included the installation of new electrical infrastructure covering outlets, switches, and power circuits along with full LED lighting retrofits in guestrooms, corridors, the grand lobby, and the expanded 3,000‑sq‑ft meeting space. We also integrated efficient controls and emergency lighting systems compliant with current codes to enhance energy performance, guest safety, and amenities like the lobby’s green living wall and grand staircase
