Hays Electrical Services is proud to have contributed to the electrical systems at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, a luxury resort located at 130 Daybreak Ridge Road, Avon, CO 81620. Spanning approximately 496,000 square feet, the resort features 180 hotel rooms, including 40 suites, and 24 condominiums on the top three floors, ranging in size from 1,600 to 8,000 square feet . The property offers 33,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, including the 7,010-square-foot Ritz-Carlton Ballroom, accommodating up to 600 guests . Our scope of work included the installation and upgrade of electrical systems throughout the resort, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and safety systems, all in compliance with current codes. These enhancements were implemented to ensure the safety, efficiency, and comfort of the resort's guests.
The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch is nestled among the majestic Rocky Mountains, offering ski-in/ski-out access in winter and summer mountain concierge services, as well as an array of sophisticated dining options . The resort also features a luxurious 21,000-square-foot spa and fitness center with 19 treatment rooms, a co-ed rock-lined grotto, and both Pilates and yoga studios .
