Named after a former 1890s lumber mill, Triten Real Estate Partners’ The Mill continues the legacy of industrial craftsmanship into Houston’s East End neighborhood. The 341-unit apartment complex is located on a 6.23-acre site and incorporates a private resident lounge, spa-inspired pool, and courtyard. Designed by EDI International and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, The Mill utilizes recycled wood and decorative steel to transform a traditionally industrialized area into a dynamic, urban oasis while maintaining its historic character.
