Hays Electrical Services is proud to have completed the electrical installation for Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine, a premier indoor waterpark resort located at 100 Great Wolf Drive in Grapevine, Texas. This expansive project covered the entire 686,000 sq ft resort including 606 guest suites, a five-story atrium, a 98,000 sq ft indoor waterpark, a 84,000 sq ft outdoor pool complex, and a 27,000 sq ft conference center with grand ballroom located on a 45‑acre site. Our scope of work included full power infrastructure installation, specialty circuits for waterpark equipment, LED lighting retrofits throughout corridors, guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas, as well as safety and emergency lighting upgrades compliant with current codes. Strategic coordination allowed us to perform critical electrical tasks while the resort remained fully operational, ensuring guest safety and uninterrupted operations.
