Hays Electrical Services is proud to have supported the construction of the Health Sciences & Human Services Building at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. Located at 625 N. Rome Ave, this brand new, three story academic facility spans approximately 92,000 sq ft and houses classrooms, specialized labs, faculty offices, and student support spaces. As the electrical contractor on this public funded project, our role included installation of full power infrastructure, specialty lab and classroom circuits, lighting systems, safety/emergency lighting, and coordination of data/power utilities ensuring full compliance with Texas code standards.
Working alongside architect Perkins & Will and contractor Vaughn Construction, we executed a carefully phased electrical plan to align with the university’s schedule, minimize disruptions, and support the facility’s mission to prepare students in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and physician assistant studies. This project underscores Hays Electrical’s expertise in high-quality electrical delivery for large-scale educational and health science facilities.
