Hays Electrical Services is proud to have completed the electrical fit-out for Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners’ office located on Level 48 at 600 Travis Street in downtown Houston, Texas. This project involved outfitting a high‑rise, Class-A commercial space spanning approximately 48,000 sq ft on the 48th floor of a modern office tower. Our scope of work included installation of power distribution systems, energy-efficient LED lighting, modern outlet and switch configurations, and robust safety and emergency lighting all designed to meet current commercial electrical codes and support Stonepeak’s dynamic work environment . Partnering with their corporate real estate team, we executed a phased installation plan to ensure minimal disruption to building operations and tenant services. The result is a sophisticated, code-compliant electrical infrastructure that complements Stonepeak's sustainable, high-performance office standards in the heart of Houston's financial district.
