Hays Electrical Services is proud to have contributed to the extensive renovation of the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, a landmark 22-story, 1,238-room hotel located at 1550 Court Place in Denver, Colorado. This comprehensive $80 million transformation reimagined the hotel’s public spaces, meeting facilities, and guest accommodations, aligning with Sheraton’s new brand vision . Our scope of work included the installation of modern electrical systems throughout the hotel, encompassing power distribution, lighting upgrades, and the integration of energy-efficient solutions to meet contemporary standards. These enhancements were implemented in compliance with current codes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a high-quality guest experience.
The renovation also featured the addition of a 10,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 14 meeting rooms, totaling 27,130 square feet of event space, providing versatile venues for various events and conferences .
