Located at 5599 San Felipe Street, this 20-story office tower serves as a hub for Schlumberger's operations in the Energy Corridor. The building encompasses approximately 473,645 square feet of office space and has been recognized for its energy efficiency with an ENERGY STAR certification . Our scope of work included the installation and upgrade of electrical systems throughout the facility, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and safety systems, all in compliance with current codes. These enhancements were implemented to ensure the safety, efficiency, and comfort of the building's occupants.
