This upscale development encompasses 320 apartment units across two five-story buildings, situated on a 19.7-acre site near the Four Corners area, close to Walt Disney World Resort. Our scope of work included the installation and upgrade of electrical systems throughout the property, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and safety systems, all in compliance with current codes. These enhancements were implemented to ensure the safety, efficiency, and comfort of the community's residents.
Registry on Grass Lake offers a range of amenities designed to enhance residents' lifestyles, including a resort-style pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and co-working spaces. The community features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, with units ranging from 617 to 1,396 square feet.
