Hays Electrical Services proudly provided the complete electrical design-build for the MD Anderson Consolidated Service Center (CSC), a new 251,444‑sq ft centralized healthcare support facility located on MD Anderson’s East Campus at 3115 Pawnee Street, Houston, TX. This state-of-the-art hub consolidates critical campus services such as supply chain, sterile processing, pharmacy, pathology labs, and clinical engineering into a single, highly efficient facility. The scope included full power infrastructure installation, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout workspaces and support areas, specialized circuits for medical and lab equipment, and enhanced emergency and safety lighting all engineered to meet stringent healthcare and accessibility codes. Our phased construction and tight coordination with MD Anderson’s operations ensured the building remained fully functional during installation phases.
