Hays Electrical Services is proud to have contributed to the renovation of the Limelight Hotel Aspen, a boutique hotel located at 355 South Monarch Street, Aspen, CO 81611. This 100,000-square-foot project encompassed all public spaces, including the lobby, lounge, meeting rooms, pool and fitness areas, and the restaurant and bar, in addition to the 120 guest rooms and six suites. Our scope of work included the installation of modern electrical systems throughout the hotel, encompassing power distribution, lighting upgrades, and the integration of energy-efficient solutions to meet contemporary standards. These enhancements were implemented in compliance with current codes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a high-quality guest experience.
The renovation also featured the addition of a 10,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 14 meeting rooms, totaling 27,130 square feet of event space, providing versatile venues for various events and conferences .
