Hays Electrical Services is proud to have completed a major electrical tenant‑fit project for JPMorgan Chase & Co. at the iconic JPMorgan Chase Tower located at 600 Travis Street in downtown Houston, TX. This marquee work covered 240,000 sq ft across 12 floors in the city’s tallest skyscraper, a 75‑story, 2.2 million sq ft LEED Gold and ENERGY STAR certified commercial office tower designed by I.M. Pei & Partners. Our scope included comprehensive upgrades to power distribution, LED lighting, modern outlet/switch configurations, emergency lighting, and smart controls—supporting state-of-the-art performance centers, multiple cafés, tech hubs, and a 60th‑floor sky lounge. We meticulously phased the installation within an active office environment to maintain uninterrupted tenant operations for JPMorgan’s Houston Technology Center and other occupants.
