Hays Electrical Services is proud to have completed the electrical installation for the Hyatt Place Colorado Springs Downtown, a modern 7-story hotel located at 201 E Kiowa St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. This 120-room property, which opened in October 2021, features a range of amenities including a rooftop pool, fitness center, meeting spaces, and a 1,100-square-foot retail area, contributing to the revitalization of the City Auditorium block urban renewal area . Our scope of work included the installation of comprehensive electrical systems throughout the hotel, encompassing power distribution, lighting, and safety systems, all in strict compliance with current codes. The project also incorporated sustainable design elements, such as a 29-space valet parking area with mechanical lifts to store two levels of vehicles, optimizing the use of space in the urban setting .
