Located at 750 Bering Drive, this Class‑A office space spans approximately 34,000 sq ft, tailored to Greystar’s corporate real estate operations. Our scope included the installation of power distribution, energy-efficient LED lighting, modern outlet and switch configurations, and comprehensive emergency and safety lighting all designed to meet current commercial electrical codes. The project was executed with a phased plan to ensure uninterrupted building services, demonstrating our ability to deliver high-quality electrical solutions in active office environments.
