Hays Electrical Services is proud to have contributed to the renovation of the AC Hotel Frisco Colorado by Marriott, a 133-room boutique hotel located at 1202 Summit Boulevard in Frisco, Colorado. This extensive renovation transformed the property into a modern, eco-friendly destination in the heart of Summit County, surrounded by world-class ski resorts such as Breckenridge, Keystone, and Vail. Our scope of work included comprehensive electrical upgrades throughout the hotel, encompassing guest rooms, public spaces, and amenities. This involved the installation of energy-efficient LED lighting systems, power distribution enhancements, and the integration of modern electrical infrastructure to support the hotel's contemporary design and sustainable initiatives. All electrical systems were implemented in compliance with current codes to ensure safety, efficiency, and a high-quality guest experience. The renovation also emphasized sustainability, with the hotel recycling 48,000 pounds of scrap metal and saving 22,500 pounds of material from Colorado landfills. Additionally, the hotel salvaged and donated 10 mattresses and more than 150 appliances, recovered 20 couches from the landfill stream, recycled 800 pounds of universal waste, and donated the property's gym equipment for reuse
