Hays Electrical Services is proud to have contributed to the extensive renovation of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver, located at 3203 Quebec Street in Denver, Colorado. This comprehensive $18 million transformation revitalized the hotel's 563 guest rooms, meeting spaces, and all public areas, enhancing both functionality and guest experience . Our scope of work included the installation of modern electrical systems throughout the hotel, encompassing power distribution, lighting upgrades, and the integration of energy-efficient solutions to meet contemporary standards. These enhancements were implemented in compliance with current codes, ensuring safety, efficiency, and a high-quality guest experience.
The renovation also featured the addition of a 10,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom and 14 meeting rooms, totaling 27,130 square feet of event space, providing versatile venues for various events and conferences .
